Import duties, local taxes and sales taxes are explicitly not included in the price. Buyers are solely responsible for any customs or extra cost that may be applied. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed as soon as possible. 

Delivery Time: will change according to demand

We cannot promise the exact delivery time, as it depends on the demand. It is just an estimate.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Handofgod.shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delays or Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

US Customers

Due to Trump's Tariffs US customers can expect additional costs. These include the Tariffs + handling fees. We cannot disclose what this cost will be as Tariffs are changed often. You will just have to wait and see and pay the extra fee to receive your order.

If the fee seems very high you recommend that you contact UPS (the shipping company) and ask them to clarify the calculation. Often the product will be categorized as for example a steel or aluminium product with +200% tariffs. Once this is corrected to a plastic sporting equipment good the fee/tariff is usually more in line with what you should expect in the first place.
