Once your grippers arrive, you'll get access to create a profile on GripGains.ca.
This is our self-developed training app that tailors the exact stimuli you need and guides you on progression, volume, rest, and more.
If you're new to Grip Gains, welcome. You're an egg. Every Grip Gains journey starts in the egg phase. After 30 sessions you'll hatch, unlocking metrics and training insights.
Until then, the goal is simple: build a foundation of quality data.
The app creates a tailored workout specifically for you, but it's only as good as the data you feed it. Garbage in, garbage out.
So here's what matters most early on:
1) Don't overtrain. Don't rush the process.
2) Train well-rested and at max intensity.
3) Focus on quality workouts, not volume. Log everything, the good, the bad and the mediocre sessions.
4) Train the full spectrum of your curve from Endurance to Strength to Power.
(Adjust weights so you hit all five categories if the onboarding suggestions fail to hit the spectrum of workouts)
5) Do not skip your climbing sessions, they are priority number 1. Grip training saturates what climbing leaves untouched. It does not replace it.
